Summary
About the role
Solent Mind is a partner in the Primary Level Mental Health Service, supporting the three GP practices in the city of Winchester (St Clements, Friarsgate and St Pauls) and in Winchester Rural North and South. We offer an enhanced service to patients with a range of mental health issues through a collaborative and integrative approach.
This service has been developed to enhance the mental health care which the GP’s are able to offer their patients through a collaborative and integrative approach across the three practices and associated services.
