Role Overview:
As a Kitchen Assistant/ Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team in preparing and serving high-quality food while ensuring a clean and organised work environment. Your role will be key to helping us deliver a fantastic dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring all equipment, work surfaces, and utensils are clean and sanitised.
Wash and organise crockery, cutlery, and cookware efficiently.
Support chefs and other team members during busy periods.
Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and notify supervisors when replenishments are needed.
Adhere to health and safety standards, including food hygiene regulations.
