Your new role

This is a varied, client-facing position where you'll respond to enquiries both over the phone and via email, providing the highest levels of customer service. You will administer legal advice and ensure all systems and databases are up-to-date.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll bring previous experience from a legal environment where delivering outstanding service has been a priority. You'll be someone who naturally builds rapport, stays calm under pressure, and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Experience in Clinical Negligence or Conveyancing is an advantage.
