7.5T Driver Vacancy - Temp to Perm.

Location: Alton

Salary: £34,500 per annum

Start Date: September

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (45-minute break)

Our client based in Alton is recruiting for a

7.5T Driver to join their team on a

12-week temp-to-perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced

7.5T Driver looking for a long-term position with a well-established logistics company.

As part of this

7.5T Driver vacancy, you will be making deliveries to new development sites within a 250-mile radius of Alton using a 7.5-tonne flatbed vehicle, completing up to 10 deliveries per day.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a 7.5-tonne flatbed lorry for local and regional deliveries.

Complete up to 10 deliveries per day to new development sites.

Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.

Secure loads correctly using ratchet straps.

Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on time.

Requirements:

Previous 7.5T driving experience is essential.

Experience using ratchet straps is essential.

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Valid UK driving licence required.

Valid Driver CPC, tacho and digi card.

Good geographical knowledge.

What's on Offer:

£34,500 annual salary.

Monday to Friday working 0700-1700 - no weekends.

12-week temp-to-perm opportunity.
