Summary

Production Operative - Fish Factory (Full Time)

Location: Grimsby

Pay: £12.71 per hour

We are recruiting

reliable Production Operatives to join a busy fish processing site in

Grimsby. This is

fast-paced, physically active work on a production line.

No experience is required as full training will be provided (production/warehouse experience is an advantage).

Shifts & Hours (Full Time Only)

Monday to Friday, with

every other Saturday (half day) as required

Please note: this role is full-time and does not offer part-time hours.

Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00

Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:00

Key Responsibilities

Working on a fast-paced production line

Packing, weighing and labelling products

Sealing packs and completing final quality checks (quality and presentation)

General manual tasks to support production

Keeping work areas clean and following hygiene standards

Handling fish including

removing heads and

trimming

Working Environment

This role is based in a

cold and wet environment typical of fish production. You must be comfortable working in these conditions and able to stand for long periods and complete repetitive manual tasks.

No formal qualifications required

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
