Summary

We are looking for a confident HR professional who can build strong relationships and influence at all levels. You will have: Postgraduate qualification (masters level) in HR Management or equivalent experience Significant experience of advising on Human Resources issues in a large complex organisation including sickness absence, performance management and multi-faceted employee relations issues is essential. Experience of advising on the implementation of organisational change. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice Previous experience of working in a unionised environment Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience of manipulating databases Excellent presentation and training skills You will be expected to have an effective on-site presence at Oxford Health sites. We can support hybrid working approach between working regularly on our trust sites and working from home.
