Summary
We're looking for an Experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Role Responsibilities:
-Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development. To include completing training records, associated documents and updating both folders and online documents.
-Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard. To included compiling rosters, scheduling, covering shifts and all related tasks
-Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed. To include risk assessments, COSHH and related documents.
-Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels. To include audits and staff support where required.
-Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary. To include RTW, 1 to 1s and associated tasks.
-Available to work on additional sites where required.
