Summary

Fiscal Officers are at the heart of COPFS operations, providing essential administrative and operational support across Local Court functions. This varied role can involve managing case records, preparing documentation for court, responding to enquiries, supporting the progression of cases and working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the justice sector. No two days are the same, and your work will make a real contribution to the effective delivery of justice in Scotland.
