Summary
The PCN Pharmacy Technician will support medicines optimisation and safe, effective prescribing across five GP practices within the PCN. The post holder will work as part of the multidisciplinary primary care team, supporting GPs, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes, reduce medicines-related risk, and contribute to efficient practice systems. - Job description attached
