Summary

Lincoln Security is recruiting an organised and proactive Installation Administrator to support our Installation Department.

This is a varied office-based role supporting our Installation Team Managers and engineers with scheduling, job administration, customer communication and the day-to-day coordination that keeps installation work running efficiently.

You will act as a central point of contact for the Installation Managers, helping to organise workloads, maintain accurate records and ensure customers, engineers and colleagues receive the information and support they need.

Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Salary: From £28,000 p/a DoE

Holiday entitlement: 20 + 8 Bank Holidays

Examples of your duties

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Installation Team

Assist with scheduling and workload coordination

Communicate with customers, engineers, suppliers and other departments by telephone and email

Create and maintain job records, trackers and installation documentation

Help coordinate jobs from initial instruction through to completion

Prepare installation packs, reports and routine correspondence

Assist with invoicing and other job-related administration when required

Arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues where necessary

You should be organised, approachable and comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day.

You will need to be confident communicating with customers and colleagues, managing your own workload and taking responsibility for completing tasks accurately and on time.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes initiative and enjoys being part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to help solve problems are important parts of the role.
