Summary

Parts Supervisor – Romford

Salary: £35,000 basic + £38,000 OTE

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (No weekends)

A busy, well‑established parts department in the Romford area is looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to lead the team, drive performance and maintain high standards across the department. Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing daily parts department operations

- Leading and supporting Parts Advisors to hit targets

- Managing stock levels, ordering, returns and supplier relationships

- Ensuring accurate quotations, invoicing and parts identification

- Working closely with the workshop to maintain efficient parts flow

- Monitoring KPIs and maintaining department standards

What You Need

- Experience as a Parts Supervisor or Senior Parts Advisor

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and stock control

- Confident leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced dealership environment
