Triumph Consultants are looking for a Housing Tenancy Services Officer to deliver improved responsive services to tenants, dealing with projects and helping customers who may be vulnerable. You will have a good understanding of social housing legislation and tenancy management. Contract is for 3 months in Morden SM4 5BE

Housing Tenancy Services Officer

Pay Rate: £22.03 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 36 hrs Monday – Friday, normal working hours

Contract length: 3 months

Location: Morden SM4 5BE

Hybrid working - 3 days office/site and 2 days wfh. Some home working, attendance at offices and residents’ homes as and when required.

Basic DBS required

Key requirements:

Experience of working within Housing Tenancy Services officer, delivering improved responsive services to tenants

Experience of working in a customer complaints/resolution environment

A good understanding of social housing legislation and tenancy management

Experience of dealing with projects and helping customers who may be vulnerable

Experience of excellent working relationships with colleagues in operational teams, other internal teams as well as external agencies

Proven experience of a front line customer focused role in the social housing sector

Previous experience of project management methods

Experience of successful working in Repairs & Maintenance or a housing association or local authority

Key responsibilities:

Participate and when required lead on local service resident engagement strategies

Deliver improved responsive services to housing tenants, dealing with different types of projects, seeing them through to conclusion and often helping customers who may be vulnerable

Supporting sign up and needs assessment of customers, at the handover of Regeneration properties

Ensuring a complaint is resolved, or working with a whole block of tenants to support customers whilst services are restored

Supporting engagement and delivering an estate event or facilitating and co-ordinating responses to customers

Working with the Neighbourhood Response team, Customer Service team and Customer Response team
