Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for an experienced Assistant Asset Manager to support Senior Managers with their client's commercial and community property portfolio. Contract is for up to 6 months in Shoreham, Sussex BN43 6PR.

Assistant Asset Manager

Pay Rate: £18.85 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday to Friday

Contract length: 6 months

Location: Shoreham, Sussex BN43 6PR

Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week office/site based.

Key Requirements

Commercial property experience – residential property experience alone is not suitable.

Experience working with businesses, tenants, partners or external organisations.

Good understanding of leases, licences, property transactions and financial processes.

Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.

Degree in a business-related subject or working towards RICS is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Support rent reviews, leases, licences, sales and other property agreements.

Deal with landlord and tenant enquiries, property inspections, viewings and vacant property checks.

Process orders, invoices and financial information

Maintain accurate property and asset records, including Terrier/EstatesApp/GIS systems.

Support income generation, property disposals, MEES/environmental compliance and other estate management projects.
