Summary

We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Accident Repair Centre in Glasgow for the position of Paint Sprayer. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Paint Sprayer to join a well-established automotive group with a reputation for excellence. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs, including panel work and full vehicle resprays, within a fast-paced environment.

- OTE approximately £44,000, dependent on experience

- Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm; Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Duties of a Paint Sprayer:

- Carry out repairs which include part and full vehicle resprays

- Repair full panels, partial panels, and execute small paint repairs as required

- Work efficiently to meet productivity targets

- Adhere strictly to manufacturer repair guidelines

- Adapt work practices to accommodate varying business needs

- Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:

- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (preferred)

- Experience working within accident repair environments

- Full UK driving licence

- Passion for the automotive industry and vehicle restoration

- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
