Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and self driven pharmacy technician to join our small pharmacy team. This is a role that continues to develop and expand and an opportunity for you to shape the role of the technician. Job Duties include: Medication reconciliation of clinical letters and hospital discharges. Supporting the repeat dispensing process Patient medication queries Medication shortages Medication recall processes In house audits re CQC/QOF/Medicines Optimisation Schemes Supporting shared care Medication Safety alerts Providing a link for various stakeholders including community pharmacies and secondary care
