Summary

We're looking for a Document Controller to join our Hinkley Point C team based in Hinkley Point C.

Location: Hinkley Point C - some working from home availableHours: 42.5 hours per week - some flexibility on start and end times available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

We're seeking a Document Controller to support the Senior Document Controller in managing the document workflow process on KierBam's JV at Hinkley Point C. This role is vital in maintaining upstream and downstream communication of documents in a timely manner, ensuring the smooth flow of project-related documentation.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Document Controller, you'll be working within the Hinkley Point C team, supporting them in managing all project documentation and maintaining effective communication across the project. Your day to day will include:

-Processing project documents via Common Data Environments including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Teamcenter, ProjectWise and CEMAR

-Providing support to the site team to access documents and records in a timely and controlled manner

-Managing document structures and version control within the common data environment in accordance with project requirements

-Uploading and storing documents to relevant platforms whilst maintaining folder structures and version control

-Supporting the creation of document control registers and issuing updates to the team

What are we looking for?

This role of Document Controller is great for you if:

-You have experience in Document Control on construction projects or in Preconstruction teams dealing with distribution of documents, drawings, comments and RFI's

-You're experienced with Office 365 and SharePoint, and competent in Microsoft Office including Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint

-You have detailed knowledge of Document Control and Information Management processes

-You possess strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management abilities

-You're a collaborative team player with good stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to work
