Pay: £20,172 - £21,159 (FTE £26,832 - £28,146)Start date: ASAPWe are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team at Lutterworth High School. You will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences, supervising students across all subjects and year groups. Your ability to manage behaviour effectively and engage students with pre-set work will ensure our high standards of teaching and learning continue throughout the school.You will have the opportunity to work with exceptional students who are enthusiastic, incredibly hard working and happy to learn.We offer an excellent programme of high-quality professional development and opportunities for career progression in a supportive environment with high staff morale.Lutterworth High School is a high attaining and oversubscribed 11-16 Academy school.
