SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School
Location: Newham, East London
Full Time | Monday-Friday
We are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Newham, silvertown.
You will be supporting pupils with additional needs including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties and challenging behaviour. Support may be on a 1:1 basis or within a small group/classroom setting.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with children or young people
- Be patient, reliable and confident
- Have an interest in SEN
- Be available Monday to Friday
Previous school experience is preferred, although candidates with relevant care, youth work or support experience will also be considered.
