Babipur is an independent family business, established in 2007. Our content is made from real products, real people and what actually happens here. We use original photography and video, not AI-generated product imagery.

We’re looking for a highly capable visual content producer who can take work from an initial idea through to the finished, published result.

What you’ll create

You’ll produce original visual content for our website, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, email and the Babipur Hangout, including:

● Product and lifestyle photography

● Short-form videos and Reels

● Complete longer-form YouTube videos

● Stop-motion and simple animation

● Product demonstrations and comparisons

● How-to, measuring and sizing content

● Brand launches, interviews and Q&As

● Images and video for guides, newsletters and social campaigns

Behind-the-scenes content will be a major part of the role. You’ll capture deliveries arriving, products being unpacked and tested, warehouse activity, buying, launches, staff, visitors and the everyday work behind Babipur.

You’ll need to notice useful moments without waiting for a detailed brief. Some work will be carefully planned and styled; some will involve picking up a camera and confidently capturing what is happening around you.

Start-to-finish production

You’ll develop ideas, plan shoots, prepare products and sets, photograph and film, record good sound, edit, colour-correct, add captions and create thumbnails. You’ll export work correctly and upload or publish finished content across our website, YouTube and social channels.

You’ll work closely with our ecommerce content person so that photography and video help answer real customer questions. You should understand what customers need to see, including scale, movement, texture, fit, important details and how a product is actually used.

You’ll also manage equipment, files and our visual content library so work is properly organised and can be found and reused.

About you

You’ll need strong professional photography and video skills, experience with camera, lighting and sound equipment and confidence using professional editing software.

You should be comfortable directing people who are not professional presenters, talking with customers, staff and suppliers and occasionally appearing in content yourself.

This is not a role for somebody who only photographs, only films or only edits. It won’t suit somebody who relies on templates, needs every shot planned for them or only enjoys working in a controlled studio.
