Job Overview
-Overall responsibility for the efficient operation of the car parks, trolley service & Lost property dept together with working supervision of a customer focused and responsive service team.
Main Duties
-Car Park Ops teamConduct daily/weekly equipment and site inspectionsRespond to requests for technical help, such as ticket jams etcProvide first line maintenance of all equipmentAssist all car park users both on the ground and remotelyAssist all blue badge holders and support PRMEnsure all car parks are tidy and well presented, taking action to rectify any issues below standardEnsure that all car park equipment & trolleys areoperational and efficient.Ensure adequate provision of trolleys across the site.Drive the vehicle to and from the halt to collect passengersSecurity patrol of car parks and recordEnsure entire site meets health and safety standards and all issues recorded and reported for actionProactively ensure entire site is prepared in advance of any weather disruptionEnsure team is fully trained and competent in emergency ordersCar Park Control teamRespond to passenger intercomsRemotely assist passengers such as booking activations/lost ticket etcEnsure correct procedures for car park system operation are followedDirect ops team to any area that requires attentionKeep issue log etcPassenger transfer between terminal and rail haltProvide and drive a suitable vehicle to transfer passengers to/from the halt.Full vehicle maintenance, insurance and fuelling
