Summary

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced

Fabricator/Welder to join a well-established and growing fabrication business specialising in bespoke metalwork projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys a varied role combining both workshop and site-based duties.

Duties Include:

Fabrication and welding of bespoke metalwork

Manufacturing staircases, balustrades and structural steelwork

Reading and interpreting technical drawings

Site installations and fitting work

Maintaining high quality standards throughout production

Following all health and safety procedures

Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years' fabrication/welding experience

Strong MIG welding experience (essential)

MAG and TIG welding experience beneficial

Ability to work from engineering drawings

CSCS Card advantageous due to site installation work

FLT licence advantageous

Willingness to work away occasionally when required

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Hours of Work:

Monday - Tuesday: 6:00am - 15:45pm

Wednesday - Thursday: 7:00am - 15:45pm

Friday: 7:00am - 11:00am

(30-minute lunch break)
