We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced assistant psychologists to join Psychological Therapies within Perinatal Community Teams in BSMHFT, providing mental health services to the culturally and socially diverse population of Birmingham and Solihull.

The band 5 Assistant Psychologist position works across perinatal supporting our specialist pathways including parent/infant and family therapy.

Our services are innovative and focussed on providing the right care to people in the right place. Clinical staff have a high degree of engagement with quality improvement projects which aim at improving recovery, providing parent-infant and think family focussed culturally responsive care.

We often host trainee clinical psychology and student psychologist placements on in-patient wards and opportunities exist for informal peer support.
