Summary

Are you passionate about improving sexual health outcomes, tackling health inequalities, and making a real difference in communities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, compassionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sexual Health Promotion and Outreach Worker.

In this rewarding role, you will be at the forefront of delivering sexual health promotion and outreach screening services across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Working in a variety of community settings, venues and events, you will engage with individuals who may face barriers to accessing healthcare, helping to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to receive high-quality sexual health information, advice and support.

As part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive sexual health service, supporting some of the region's most vulnerable and underserved communities. Your work will play a vital role in reducing health inequalities, increasing access to care, and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their sexual health and wellbeing.
