Role Description The Delivery Driver role is a full-time and part-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Delivery Driver will collect, transport, and deliver packages and goods to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning delivery routes, loading and unloading items safely, verifying delivery documentation, and obtaining delivery confirmations. The role involves interacting with customers in a professional manner, handling basic delivery-related queries, and reporting any issues or delays to the operations team. The Delivery Driver will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, following traffic and company regulations, and supporting colleagues during peak periods as needed.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
Experience in Forklift Operation or safe handling of goods and equipment is beneficial, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Background in Training, with the ability to follow procedures and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
Sales or Food & Beverage experience is advantageous, demonstrating comfort in client-facing roles and fast-paced environments.
Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record and confidence driving in the London area.
Good time management, reliability, and attention to detail when handling deliveries and documentation.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and move packages of varying sizes in line with safety guidelines.
Familiarity with basic navigation tools (GPS, maps) and willingness to follow company routes and instructions.
