Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to be a Team Leader of our in-house property services team. Managing a team of eleven skilled operatives and three apprentices, you should be confident, and able to deal with challenging situations in a pressurised environment. The ability to motivate and encourage your teams is key. Applicants should have experience of leading teams in a construction/building industry or a related field. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously with exceptional organisation skills and a sound health and safety knowledge.
The role will be based at our Totnes Depot operating the service Monday to Friday over 37 hours.
