About the Role -
As our Dry Cleaning & Domestic Laundry Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring garments and household items are processed to the highest standards. You’ll lead a dedicated team, manage workflow, maintain equipment, and uphold all health & safety requirements.
This is a fast‑paced, practical role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, technical garment‑care knowledge, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities -
Oversee daily dry cleaning and domestic laundry production
Lead, train, and support staff to achieve consistent performance
Maintain high standards of quality, stain removal, finishing, and presentation
Manage customer enquiries, special requests, and service issues
Ensure safe operation and maintenance of all equipment
Maintain compliance with COSHH, fire safety, manual handling, and PPE procedures
Monitor stock levels and order chemicals, detergents, and consumables
Oversee garment tagging, tracking, and workflow systems
Maintain accurate operational records and reports
Lead marketing/social media advertising campaigns and ideas
