What Can You Expect?
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Trainer to deliver high quality statutory, mandatory, and role specific training for Patient Transport Service Ambulance Care Assistants. You will ensure staff are competent, compliant with the NHS Core Skills Training Framework and Qualsafe EFAW, and equipped to provide safe, compassionate patient transport.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and assess Qualsafe EFAW, CSTF-aligned training, including induction, refresher practical skills sessions and vehicle familiarisation / driving assessments.
Support staff competence in patient handling, infection prevention, basic life support, and role specific duties,
Maintain accurate training records and contribute to continuous improvement of training programmes.
Act as a role model for safe, professional, and compassionate care.
