Summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our Belfast School account in Belfast Metropolitan College, Queens Road, Belfast - BT3 9DT. This role is based on-site.

The salary is £13.45 per hour

The standard hours of work are 20 Hours Per Week : 6:30am - 10:30am

Amey delivers facilities and estate management services at the Belfast Metropolitan College in the heart of the Titanic Quarter in Belfast.

The college is one of the largest further and higher education establishments in the UK and the state-of-the-art building has capacity for 2,500.

Every day our people help create high-quality learning environments - ensuring they are safe, clean and compliant for teachers to inspire and where students can gain meaningful skills and qualifications.

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.

You will be responsible for

Provide a cleaning service that delivers to our contractual requirements

Control stock levels and order consumables

Operate machinery safely and in line with the guidelines and training provided

Ensure a high-quality service is provided to the building users at all times ensuring customer satisfaction

Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.

This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
