- Up to £40,000 basic salary (DOE) plus uncapped bonus, giving an OTE of £45,000+

- No weekend working; Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Duties:

- Carry out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and documenting findings

- Diagnose faults accurately, test faulty parts, and implement effective repairs as a Vehicle Technician

- Support internal departments with the preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles

- Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure high service standards as a Vehicle Technician

- Complete complex repairs including engine work, gearboxes, clutches, cambelts, and more

- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and health & safety regulations

Requirements:

- NVQ/IMI Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a similar workshop role

- Strong mechanical aptitude with good diagnostic skills as a Vehicle Technician

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- High standards of vehicle maintenance and attention to detail

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
