Summary

The must haves for this role: 1. Degree level or equivalent experience and formal training in construction.2. Professional registration or evidence working towards membership.3. IOSH or equivalent accredited Certificate.4. JCT Contract Management qualification or equivalent.5. Experience of managing projects through inception, design and completion.6. 5 years experience of design and building projects or 5 years experience of construction contract management.7.
