Thanks to our amazing teams, Dimensions Group has been accredited as a Great Place to Work for 2026 — our eighth consecutive year of recognition.

We are recruiting dedicated and reliable support workers in Sheffield (S35) to work with a young lady in her late 20s. She enjoys an

active lifestyle and thrives when she is busy. Her interests include cooking and baking, arts and crafts,

ideal candidate will be calm, observant and able to maintain a low-stimulus, well-organised setting. You will need to adapt your approach thoughtfully, offering reassurance, structure and emotional support when needed. Full positive behaviour support training will be provided; however, previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs is essential.
