About the role

Manage and develop an existing portfolio of strategic customer accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while identifying opportunities for repeat business and long-term growth.

Generate new business opportunities by identifying, engaging and qualifying prospective customers across a range of target markets.

Oversee the delivery of customer projects, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

Collaborate with teams across product development, operations, finance and commercial functions to support project execution and customer satisfaction.

Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify trends, opportunities and emerging industry requirements.

Develop and implement data-driven business development strategies to support continued growth and market expansion.

Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership on business performance, pipeline activity and market developments.

Build relationships with R&D, manufacturing and innovation teams within target organisations to support market penetration and account growth.

Travel within the UK and internationally as required to support customers, partners and business development activities.
