Summary

Legal Assistant needed in Solihull

This is a temporary role and the rate is £16.90ph PAYE

The successful candidate will have proven experience working within a legal, family law or social care legal environment, and will hold a qualifying law degree, Graduate Diploma in Law and Practice, or bring substantial hands‑on experience from the childcare legal sector. They will demonstrate strong knowledge of childcare law, family proceedings and court processes, alongside experience drafting legal documents and professional correspondence.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload with competing deadlines. The successful candidate will consistently produce work to a high standard with excellent accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality, and will be confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems to support efficient and effective service delivery.
