Summary

Senior Business Analyst needed in Guildford, £395.83 per day PAYE - Reference: 5303498

Hybrid 2 days per week

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Develop and maintain regular Power BI performance reports and dashboards for service managers, senior leadership teams, committees, and external regulators.
Analyse service performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, exceptions and areas requiring intervention across high volume and high risk service areas such as repairs, voids, damp and mould, providing clear interpretation of what the data shows and what action may be required.
Develop, maintain, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across Housing Services, ensuring they remain meaningful, aligned to service priorities, regulatory requirements and improvement objectives.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across housing performance reporting.
Support the production of TSMs and regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of performance reporting systems and business intelligence solutions.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility.
Support service areas with creation and interpretation of ad-hoc analysis.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
