Summary

Site Manager - Housing Development

Eastbourne

We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Site Manager to lead a residential housing development in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable construction company delivering high-quality homes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site operations for a residential housing project

Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel

Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards and site regulations

Monitor build programme, budgets, and project deadlines

Carry out quality inspections and ensure high build standards

Maintain site documentation, reports, and records

Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management

Requirements

Proven experience managing housing/residential developments

Strong understanding of UK construction and H&S regulations

SMSTS certification (essential)

Valid CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)

First Aid at Work certification

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

Rate £280 -£300

Company vehicle or car allowance
