The above amounts include shift and Distant Islands Allowance.
You will be reporting to the Service Manager, Criminal Justice and Public Protection.
Your working pattern is Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays. We are happy to talk flexible or hybrid working, where possible, depending on the needs of the service.
The purpose of this role is to supervise people who have been involved in offending behaviour and who will be undertaking unpaid work within the community. You will be working closely with the Court, Procurator Fiscal Service, Community Justice Partners and Third Sector Organisations.
You will have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, have a positive view of the welfare of all individuals and social circumstances, and have a responsible approach to sensitive information.
You will source and organise projects, placements and other activities that benefit both individuals and organisations in the community and which encourage attendees to develop their skills and reduce the likelihood of becoming involved in further offending behaviour.

This post is a regulated role with adults and requires Level 2 disclosure with PVG Scheme membership.
