Summary
Connect Appointments is recruiting an experienced
Pipefitter to join our Paisley-based client.
Our client is an established business operating within the industrial sector, undertaking fabrication and installation projects across both workshop and site environments.
What's on offer?
- Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 4:30pm
- £20 per hour
As a Pipefitter, your duties will include:
- Fabricating and installing stainless steel pipe runs in an industrial environment
- Following pipework schematics accurately to specification
- Ability to TIG weld or tac weld beneficial
- Working across both workshop and onsite environments as required
- Adhering to all site health and safety requirements at all times
The ideal Pipefitter will have:
- Proven experience in pipefitting and fabrication of stainless steel pipework
- The ability to read and interpret pipework schematics
- TIG welding, preferred but tack welding considered
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, safety-conscious approach to work
