FLT Driver (Counterbalance) - 4 on 4 off Days & Nights

Telford

£13.53 per hour

12-hour shifts - Rotating Days & Nights

4 on 4 off shift pattern

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced

FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing environment in Telford.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company operating a

4 on 4 off, 24/7 shift pattern.

The Role

Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading vehicles

Moving stock and finished products around site

Supplying production lines with materials

Completing routine safety checks

Supporting warehouse and production operations as required

Approximately 80% of your shift will be spent on the FLT

Requirements

Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence - ESSENTIAL

Previous FLT experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Ability to work rotating day and night shifts

Good awareness of health and safety procedures

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Shift Pattern

4 on 4 off rotation

12-hour shifts

Rotating days and nights

Pay Rate

£13.53 per hour
