The Best Connection Walsall are recruiting for a Metal Spinner
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Aldridge for an experienced
Metal Spinner to join their busy manufacturing team.
Our client is a well-established specialist manufacturer producing components in aluminium, brass, steel, and a range of specialist materials. The role offers a varied workload, from one-off bespoke projects to high-volume production runs.
Applicants with experience in
hand spinning,
hydraulic metal spinning, or
PNC/CNC metal spinning are encouraged to apply. Experience across multiple spinning methods would be highly advantageous.
Duties Include:
- Carrying out a variety of metal-spinning operations on different components and materials
- Working from engineering drawings and customer specifications
- Producing both small-batch and repeat-production work
- Ensuring work is completed to required quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Working collaboratively as part of an experienced manufacturing team
- Taking pride in producing high-quality finished products
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Friday: 7:00am - 12:30pm
Requirements:
- Previous metal spinning experience is preferred
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
