The Headteacher and Governing Body of St Paul’s Church in Wales Primary School are seeking to appoint a new an enthusiastic, well-organised person with the necessary skills to be our School Administrator.

You will have:

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing

• Sustained and successful experience of working in a busy school environment

• Ability to maintain focus, objectivity and sound judgement under complex conditions to achieve desired outcomes

• Effective ICT skills

• Be a team player with the ability also to work independently

• Flexibility to adapt to any situation that may arise

• Resilience, and the ability to deal with a range of challenging circumstances

• A commitment to work in our diverse Church in Wales Primary School

Under the Education (Wales) Act 2014, all School Learning Support Workers must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
