Face-to-Face Tutor (Qualified Teacher)

Location: South Nottinghamshire (NG11), Newark-on-Trent, Mansfield and surrounding areas

Hours: 10+ hours per week | Self-Employed

The Learners

You'll support a diverse range of young people who benefit from tailored educational provision, including:

- Children Looked After (CLA)

- Learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

- Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC)

- Young people who have been permanently excluded from school

Through personalised one-to-one tuition, you'll help learners rebuild confidence, re-engage with education, and achieve meaningful academic progress.

You

We're looking for passionate educators who are committed to helping every learner succeed.

You'll ideally have:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification

- Availability to deliver tuition during school hours

- The ability to travel locally and provide face-to-face tuition

- An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

- The legal right to work in the UK

- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
