Summary

Face-to-Face Tutor (Qualified Teacher) - Rediscover the Joy of Teaching

Location: Surrey and all surrounding areas. Woking (GU18-21), Walton-on-Thames (KT12-KT14), Guildford (GU1) and Reigate (RH1)

Hours: 10+ per week | Self-employed

At Equal Education, our tutors work one-to-one with young people who benefit from personalised support outside of mainstream education. This is an opportunity to return to what many teachers love most - building relationships, inspiring confidence and helping learners achieve meaningful progress.

We're recruiting qualified teachers to deliver face-to-face tuition in English, Maths and Science at KS1-KS4 and Functional Skills level.

You'll support:

• Children Looked After (CLA)

• Learners with SEND

• Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC)

• Learners who have been permanently excluded

We're looking for teachers who:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification

• Are available during school hours

• Can deliver in-person tuition and travel locally

• Have experience mentoring or supporting young people

• Work independently and are highly reliable
