Summary

Join Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) as part of our Commercial Team and help support services that make a difference to patients and communities. 

This is an opportunity to manage a varied contracting portfolio supporting our Inner London Division. Contracts may range in value fromapproximately £10,000to £10 million, with each playingan important rolein delivering high-quality services. 

You will provide commercial and contractualexpertiseacross clinical service agreements,subcontractsand partnership arrangements. Working closely with operational colleagues and the wider Commercial Team, you will help ensure contracts are commerciallyviable,well managedand aligned with goodpublic sector and NHS contracting practice. 

This is a fast-paced and varied role where priorities may change. We are looking for someone who can organise their workload, communicate effectively and build positive working relationships across teams. If you have provenexperience of NHS, local authority or other public sector contractsand areseeking to broaden your commercial experience, wewouldwelcome your application. 

We are particularly interested in candidates who can bring relevantexpertisefrom day one, quickly build effective relationshipsand make an immediate impact within the team.

You will manage a portfolio of contracts for the Inner London Division, providing commercial and contractual advice throughout the contract lifecycle. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Managing clinical service agreements,subcontractsand partnership arrangements. 

• Supporting business and service development, including tenders, new businessopportunitiesand business cases. 

• Supporting contract negotiationsin close cooperation and advice from the Head of Contracts, ensuringappropriate contractualarrangements are in place. 

• End to End contract management

• Assessing and managing commercial and contractual risk while maximising value and minimising risk to the organisation. 

• Supporting compliance with procurement governance requirements. 

• Maintainingaccuratecontract registers and electronic records in partnership with the Assistant Commercial Manager. 

• Producing clear andtimelyreports and updates for colleagues and senior stakeholders. 

• Attending contract, team and divisional meetings asrequired. 

• Working collaboratively with operational divisions and the Corporate Commercial Team. 

• Supporting training and development activities and sharing commercial knowledge whereappropriate.
