Machine Operatives on behalf of a leading food manufacturing company based in

Wolverhampton (WV5).

Please note: Previous Machine Setting experience is essential for this role. We are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience setting and operating production machinery and are confident making machine adjustments to ensure efficient production.

What You'll Be Doing

• Setting up, operating and monitoring automated production machinery

• Making machine adjustments and ensuring equipment is correctly set for production

• Ensuring production runs efficiently while meeting quality standards

• Completing production paperwork and recording production data

• Carrying out basic fault finding and reporting machine issues

• Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards

• Working as part of a busy production team to achieve daily production targets

• Following all Health & Safety procedures

What We're Looking For

•

Previous Machine Setting experience is essential

• Previous experience as a Machine Operative, Machine Setter, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative or Machine Minder

•

Hands-on experience setting and adjusting production machinery

• Experience within food manufacturing is desirable but not essential

• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and resolve basic machine issues

• Comfortable using computers and production systems

• Excellent attention to detail

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Positive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills

• Able to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts

Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm

Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am
