Summary

Care Assistant (Days or Nights) – Kings Bromley Care Home

At Kings Bromley Care Home, we’re looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant.

Based in Kings Bromley, Burton-On-Trent, we provide care and nursing support for older adults, including people living with dementia. If you're passionate about helping others and are looking for a rewarding opportunity within a friendly and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives by:

• Providing person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences

• Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility

• Providing support during mealtimes

• Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour

• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and overall wellbeing

• Working collaboratively as part of a caring, supportive, and dedicated team

Position Details

• Full time opportunity, Day shifts

• Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour

• Working pattern: rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays

• Location: DE13 7JA (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)
