Bounce Back for Kids (BB4K) is a lifeline for children healing from the trauma of domestic abuse and we’ve expanded our service into Oxfordshire.

We are looking for a Service Lead to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract to help guide children and families on their healing journey.

Position: Bounce Back for Kids (BB4K) Service Lead

Fixed term full time for 12 months – 37 hours per week, weekdays

Location: Oxford with frequent travel. Role covers casework activity across Oxfordshire with occasional visits to our Reading office.

Salary range: £35,502 to £43,389 per annum

About the role:

As a Service Lead you will play a significant role in supporting children and families affected by domestic abuse, some of your key responsibilities will be to:

• support our families through providing outreach support

• deliver group work for children and parents

• provide 1-2-1 sessions to children and families most in need

• lead a dedicated team of Support Workers

• ensure BB4K activities are planned, coordinated and delivered effectively and manage caseload across the team
