Summary

Sales Executive Vacancy

We are recruiting for a Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy dealership in Maidstone. Applicants must have previous sales or customer service experience, a proven ability to work towards targets and build customer relationships, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential.

Job Details:

Location: Maidstone

Salary: £24,000 basic + bonus, OTE: £60,000+

Hours: Monday - Saturday, Day off in the week, Sundays on rota

Sales Executive Role

- Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales journey from enquiry to handover

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles

- Prospect for new customers by telephone and through events

- Manage sales enquiries and maintain consistent customer follow-up

- Recommend appropriate additional products based on customer needs

- Use customer enquiry management systems effectively

- Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service

Sales Executive Requirements

- Previous sales or customer service experience

- Proven ability to work towards and achieve targets

- Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills

- Confident prospecting for new customers and closing sales opportunities

- Excellent organisation and customer follow-up skills

- Ability to understand individual customer requirements

- Full UK Driving Licence

- Right to work in the UK

- Previous automotive or car sales experience is advantageous but not essential
