Summary

We’re working with a highly regarded independent broker looking to hire a Client Executive into a specialist media team managing a c.£250k income book made up of well-known agency groups and fast-growth, high-profile businesses. The client base is varied and genuinely interesting, spanning advertising agencies, film and TV production companies, digital marketing and content businesses, PR firms and influencer-led organisations. Many operate globally and work on high-value campaigns, events and productions, bringing a range of complex exposures around contracts, intellectual property, talent, and reputational risk.

These are not transactional clients. They are creative, fast-moving businesses working under tight deadlines and high expectations, often dealing with complex contracts, licensing issues and live project risk. As a result, they value brokers who can act as an extension of their business, providing clarity, confidence and solutions when things are on the line. The book itself is well established, stable and performing, offering a rare opportunity to step into a role where relationships are strong and not under pressure, giving you a platform to build rather than fix.

You’ll work alongside a technically strong colleague who is well respected by clients but not naturally commercially driven, meaning this hire is key to bringing balance and added presence. You’ll initially share responsibility before taking greater ownership, maintaining and developing the portfolio while identifying opportunities to grow. It’s not a pure new business role, but you’ll need the instinct and confidence to deepen relationships, spot opportunities and bring ideas forward.
