We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive business in Huddersfield for the position of Service Advisor. - Basic salary up to £35,000, depending on experience

- OTE a potential £39,000

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm shift pattern

Duties of the Service Advisor:

- Handle customer enquiries and queries efficiently and professionally

- Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle issues where appropriate

- Establish a clear understanding and agreement with customers regarding work to be carried out

- Clearly explain work performed and ensure customer understanding and approval

- Adhere to manufacturer service standards and requirements

- Maintain accurate records in relevant systems

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements for the successful Service Advisor:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Good attitude towards work and colleagues

- Knowledge of vehicle systems and common issues

- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently when required
