As a Customer Service Advisor at our Contact Centre, you'll bring excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, proactive customer-focused attitude. Thanks to your logical approach and confidence with a variety of systems, you'll be able to prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced team environment.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
Expertly handle all contact with our customers
Make good use of a number of channels, including calls, emails, live chat and social media
Ensure the customer journey is always seamless

Working hours will be subject to need up to 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 with additional evenings when required however ample notice would be given.
